Overheard a conversation in the toilet, a 40 year old colleague of mine was telling another colleague, she went for a 38 km jog during the weekend. Oh! i was amazed. how fit she is! and i'm always complaining after a 2.4km run or i was always feel proud after my 5 km run...now i know it's all too easy as compare to hers...
went to help out at TLC on Friday for their Mooncake Festival...din played a lot wif the kids, was more of helping out the teachers...cleaning and preparing for event...hmm...din enjoy the starting part...i felt i was back like a girl guide...
when everything ended, it was packing up...cleaning up the mess the kids have left ard...but this lil boy and the mother stayed behind to help out...the lil boy is real helpful and sweet...i think that kids should be given good education and i think that child-care and student care is a good place where kids should grow up and learn the right way to behave!
enjoyed the packing up part...take our own sweet time where we joked and crap around...nothing beats "HA-LA-ing" love these fun and nice ppl. finished everything only by 11...tiring day...=)))

i need to lose weight! shit! 2 weeks in a row, ppl are telling me i put on weight! shit! i need to stop eating tea break...shit!!
finally taking a break this friday...hope fengs can complete her work and meet me...or...=(((
