i realise blogging is a chore. hehehe....it needs u to put in alot of effort to present wad u wanna say and to say it in a proper language that ppl understands. hehehe...if i know tamil i dun mind writing in it! *cold*
anyway exams over! i mean PRELIMS! let's not talk abt the papers cos time is not enough for every paper and every paper is a FLOP! so let's look forward and work harder!
went to watch "The Banquet" today at THE GRAND CATHAY(fav.place) different ppl will have different appeal for it! 6 of us-dar,vin,alv,fengs,fel and me! heehee....dar din like that show. i dun know abt alvin but the rest of us was ok. if u are looking for something pleasant or anything abt the history and those lovey dovey show den this show is not wad u are looking for. hehehe...den after that we went shopping in town. boring! had nothing for me. Singapore's boring. really. den fengs went to try the "turkey" ice cream-(she claimed she neva tried b4) and got tricked. it's funny how she reacted. really! den we drag our heavy feets home cos we are super duper tired!!
abt the movie: it's super gross. the killing scenes are wad i have neva imagined. i'll probably have nightmare tonight. the heads chopped off etc. gross!even though it's gross but some of the fighting scenes i told was quite well done. hmm...i dunno but i like zhang zi yi fighting wif daniel wu though it looked more like dancing. zhang ziyi made a super BIG sacrifice for this show other than shaving off her eyebrows. really! hehehe... and i tot she did quite well for the "宛后" character. a woman who desire for love and power. the saddest woman. i do felt sad for her. oh...i love ZHOU XUN!! i really do. hehehe...her character "青女" was just right for her. an innocent girl who loves daniel wu deeply even though daniel wu do not have her in the heart! a girl who sacrificed for her love one! oh man! hmmm...the show was quite complicated sooo that's this part dat i felt that zhang ziyi killed the emperor for her love, daniel wu. but fengs think likewise. hmm...it depends on how u interpret. anyway the ending sucks! really!! it left us hanging in the air. i shan't tell the ending in case ppl still wanna watch. overall, i think it's okay. but u might be surprised it's not as good as u expected. and the morale to the story is "desire kills" watch it if u have the time. hehehe...oh yA! take note of the china actor "wang xiao ming" he act as ZHOU xUN's brother in that show. i like him! =P
