today's cross country was a success. hehe...Sagitarus won!!! YEAH!!! all thanks to Jin Yue's leading...and of course Miss Fong. oh man!! i love him so much. hehe...
today is my first time running x-crty for the 5 times i attended including today. i'm so proud of myself. hehe... run a timing of 25 mins for 3.2 km. it's VERI slow i know. hehe...cos i got stitch so i run like 500m den i started walking. hehe...den i run and stop like that. hehe...if not for stitch maybe i can run the whole journey.
i am feeling so fit for the first time in my whole life. hehe...in JC like we everyday train for running. so now i can like run so well lah. hehe...if i listen to fengru dun drink so much water...hehe...my timing will be so much better. today is like so fun. hehe... first time going to McRitchi Reservoir, IJ's first x-crty and me first time running. hehe...
ok starting was like me and fengru promise not to walk. hehe...cos we wanna come back b4 27 mins in order to get a point for Sagi and get the badge. and of course i wanna run for JIN YUE. hehe... so i actually kept constant pace lah...den after running like 400m like that fengru stop. den i continue to ard 600m den got bad stitch so i waited for her. so the whole race we were like chasing one another. till the last 100m, there was a slope so i sprint lah...hehe...den fengru say "sebast shouted for me to run faster dun lose to her." so she was quite angry. hehe...but i didn't hear. hehe...anyway we both got the badge. luckily. hehe...
den after that when i was on my way home i saw Zhen Lin. hahaha...he was on his way to find huilin....heezz...to return books. dun mistaken hor...lolx. he grew fatter. got double chin somemore. hehe...den he said he actually went out happily but he was quite sad when i told him he grew fatter. den he say i spoil his mood. so next time cannot see me or else whole day mood spoil. so cute. so long neva see he's still so funny. i luff thru' the whole journey.
today is a happy and tiring day. hehe... took alot of photos. even took pic wif jin yue. show u guys next time. heezzz...show u the badge. it's limited edition. run all the way just to get it. hehe...see how attractive it is. hehe...
